The case was also presented in the Tehsildar court. Finally, when the hotel owner did not remove the hotel even after repeated notices, the revenue department and the police team took action to remove the encroachment.
Tehsildar Aisi Yadav said that apart from hotel owner Kalam Sai, notices were also given to remove encroachments to Gumti operator Madan and barber Akhe Ram, who operate nearby. Of these three, Akhe Ram has removed his shop. Madan has been fined.

Despite this, the hotel owner did not remove it, then the Revenue Department started the proceedings. In this context, Tehsildar said that electricity connection was also connected illegally in the hotel. In respect of which the Electricity Department will take action for the fine. The Tehsildar said that apart from the adjacent community toilet, the passenger waiting room was also being affected by the operation of the hotel. Even after giving sufficient time, no action was taken regarding the removal of the encroachment, hence this action has been taken at the administrative level.
