He told that he had admitted his 51-year-old father Chhakkan Das Manhare to Global Star Hospital in DD Nagar when his health deteriorated. Despite having an Ayushman card, the hospital management charged him Rs 82,000. Whereas the bill was given for only Rs 21828. When he asked for the account of the remaining money, the hospital management refused to tell.

Regarding which, the patient’s family called the Collectorate’s Jan Samasya Nivaran Call Center and sought information about the matter from the concerned hospital to resolve their problems. After which the hospital management accepted the mistake and also returned the excess amount of Rs 60,000 to the patient’s family in cash during the treatment. After the problem was resolved, the patient’s son Sushil Kumar Manhare and his family are very happy and they also expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai.
