Tamil Nadu: Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will issue appointment orders to 9,801 candidates selected for government jobs on Friday.
As part of the DMK government’s ongoing efforts to fulfill the employment dreams of youth, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will issue appointment orders to 9,801 candidates selected by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, Medical Staff Selection Board, and Teachers Selection Board at a ceremony to be held at the Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai on Friday.
Following this, he will lay the foundation stone for the All India Civil Services Examination Training Centre building, to be constructed at a cost of ₹62.50 crore in Shenoy Nagar, Chennai, which will be equipped with all modern facilities and will accommodate 500 candidates.
As the first phase of the ‘Simplified Governance’ initiative, 10 key services across various sectors have been simplified and streamlined. Following the overwhelming response from the public, the Chief Minister is now launching 50 more simplified services.
‘Toovukkalam’ App Launch: This app is designed to simplify the process of applying for competitive exams for Tamil Nadu government jobs, downloading admit cards, syllabus, and sample question papers onto mobile phones. The Chief Minister is introducing the app. It also provides a single-stop view of competitive exam details for central government jobs.
He is launching a website (Rangasha Data Hub) that provides free training to government employees to improve their skills, including artificial intelligence, data analysis, and project management.
Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will also inaugurate a three-story building with eight apartments for essential workers, constructed at a cost of ₹3.38 crore on the Anna Administrative Staff College campus.
Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, ministers, and government officials will participate in the event.
