The Chief Minister’s criticism of the central government is unacceptable: Tamilisai

Tamil Nadu: Former BJP leader Tamilisai Soundararajan said that Chief Minister Stalin’s claim that the central government is betraying Tamil Nadu is incorrect.

Speaking to reporters at Kamalalayam in Chennai on Saturday, she said: The BJP’s election manifesto will be one that benefits all sections of society and helps them progress. Chief Minister Stalin has criticized the double-engine government concept mentioned by Prime Minister Modi. In states where the BJP is in power, it’s not just a double-engine government, but with victories in municipal elections, it’s functioning like a triple-engine government.

The Prime Minister has listed the schemes provided by the central government to Tamil Nadu. Therefore, the Chief Minister’s statement that the central government is betraying Tamil Nadu is incorrect.

We don’t need the ‘whistle’ (Thavaka’s election symbol) immediately. The ‘whistle’ is also present in our alliance party’s (AMMK) election symbol, the pressure cooker, Tamilisai Soundararajan said.

The CBI investigation against Thavaka leader Vijay is a legal process, not an attempt to bring him into the alliance. We don’t need the ‘whistle’ (Thavaka’s election symbol) immediately. The ‘whistle’ is also present in our alliance party’s (AMMK) election symbol, the pressure cooker, Tamilisai Soundararajan said.
