Raigarh. Neighboring youths attacked the teacher with kicks and punches, he was admitted to the hospital in critical condition. He died during treatment. The teacher had sustained serious injuries on the neck and face. A crime of assault was registered at Kosir police station, after which a visit was made. The doctor had referred Raigarh stating that the injury was serious. Now after getting the information from the Medical College Hospital, the accused can be booked for murder.
Triyoginath Chandra alias Dadu Chandra (45), a resident of Kosir, was a class-III teacher in Dantewada district. He had come to his village on summer vacation. Here, for some years, he was having a dispute with his neighbors regarding the land. A few days back the matter was settled. After that, the tension started again with the neighbor regarding water falling from the roof. There was a dispute about this at 6 am on Sunday and Triyoginath was attacked by neighbors Bhupendra Chandra, Keshav Chandra, and Vinay. Triyogi was killed with kicks and punches. When he fell down after continuous blows, the neighbors kept kicking him. This caused serious injuries to his neck, face and chest. He was admitted to Sarangarh Hospital. From here he was referred to Raigad for treatment. Triyogi was admitted to the hospital on Monday evening and died at 11 pm. Chakradharnagar police have registered a case, after PM in the district hospital, the police have handed over the dead body to the family.
