Curd – 1/2 cup
Gram flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Onion finely chopped – 1/3 cup
Chopped carrots – 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum (green, red, yellow) – 1 cup
Chopped coriander – 1/4 cup
Chopped green chilli – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Mango powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Paneer pieces – 4
Ghee/butter – 2 tbsp
Green Chutney – 1/2 cup
Salt – as per taste
Tandoori Paneer Sandwich Recipe
To make flavourful Tandoori Paneer Sandwich, first of all we will prepare the stuffing to fill the sandwich. For this, first of all take cheese and cut it into small pieces. After this, finely chop capsicum, coriander and carrot. Now take a bowl and add 1 tablespoon oil in it. After this, add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin powder, dry mango powder and make a paste by stirring it with a spoon.
After mixing everything well, add gram flour, curd, green coriander leaves in the bowl and mix all the ingredients by beating the mixture well. Then add finely chopped capsicum, carrot and cheese pieces to this mixture. Finally add salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients with hands so that the cheese does not break. Keep in mind that add salt little by little because the salt may increase slightly when the cheese and butter melt.
Now put ghee in a pan and heat it. When the ghee melts, pour the prepared mixture into the pan and fry it on low flame. During this time, keep running lightly. After this, turn off the gas and let the stuffing cool down.
