Tamil Nadu: Following the announcement of the Assembly elections, an all-party meeting will be held on Monday (March 16), presided over by the District Election Officer of Chennai.

The Election Commission has announced that the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections will be held on April 23. Subsequently, an all-party meeting involving recognized political parties will be convened on Monday (March 16), presided over by Chennai’s District Election Officer and Corporation Commissioner, J. Kumarakurubaran. During this meeting—scheduled to take place at 11:00 AM at the Chennai Corporation’s Ripon Building—representatives from all parties will be briefed regarding the Model Code of Conduct.
