ITANAGAR : The state Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) accorded a warm welcome to Tai Tagak on Thursday upon his return after taking oath as a member of the Rajya Sabha.
Senior party leaders, karyakartas, and well-wishers felicitated Tagak and expressed pride and confidence in his leadership and commitment to serve the people of state.
While commending Tagak’s contributions, the party stated that his nomination to the Rajya Sabha would further strengthen the voice of Arunachal Pradesh in the Parliament.
Interacting with the party karyakartas, Tagak appreciated their tireless efforts in strengthening the party across the state.
Reflecting his commitment and dedication to the party, Tagak contributed one month’s salary in advance to the state BJP.
Senior party office bearers, including BJP general secretary Tadar Niglar and vice presidents Tarh Soping and Dungoli Libang also attended the programme.
