Stray dogs have turned aggressive in Surat and attacks on children will not stop. Today three children were attacked by dogs in different areas of the city. Children bitten by dogs have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. After this incident, there is an atmosphere of fear among the parents and anger has been expressed against the functioning of the municipality.
Harassment of stray dogs is increasing in Surat for the last several days. Stray dogs are attacking children and such incidents are on the rise. Two children have already died due to dog attack on children. After such an incident, the municipal corporation has made the dog deworming and vaccination campaign aggressive, but despite such a campaign by the municipality, the attacks of stray dogs are not taking the name of stopping.
Today when a five year old child was playing in Surat’s Pandesara area, a dog suddenly attacked him and bit him in the mouth. In other incidents where children were playing in Majura area and Bhatar area. Wherein children were injured in the attack of stray dogs. Such children have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. After a gap of a few days, the attacks of stray dogs on children are increasing, there is an atmosphere of panic among the parents and anger is being expressed against the functioning of the municipality.
