gujrat: Manishbhai Posia, a resident of Pasodara, has a 2-year-old daughter with a cochlear implant (deaf and unable to speak) since birth. As soon as the state education minister Prafullabhai Pansheriya came to know about this, he contacted her family. Simultaneously arrangements were immediately made at the Gandhinagar Civil Hospital, where the operation was successfully performed.
