Surat: Assistance of Rs.1.70 lakh to a stone artist disabled due to illness

Financial assistance of Rs.1,70,000 has been given to the gem artist in trouble with the help of donors. Rajesh Bhai Purushottam Bhai Vaghasia, originally a resident of Babapur Wakiya of Saurashtra and living in Valenza Surat, was working as a Ratna artist. But due to some disease in the body, one of his legs had to be amputated.

Leg had to be amputated even after spending different treatments since last 1 year

Even after spending different treatments for the last 1 year, the leg had to be amputated, due to which Saurashtra pioneers Mathur Bhai Ranolia, Ghanshyam Bhai, living in America with the efforts of Praveen Bhai Pansuriya from America when Rajesh Bhai Vaghasia was in financial trouble. Akbari, Rameshbhai Mandalia, Gordhanbhai Naseet, Mahendrabhai Akbari and Tusharbhai Vaddoria along with Divyang Rajeshbhai Vaghasiya has been helped with Rs.1,70,000.

The check was handed over on Tuesday in the presence of Shri Saurashtra Patel Seva Samaj Surat’s Hostel Project Pravinbhai Pansuriya. Kanji Bhai Bhalala, head of Patel community, minister Arvind Bhai Dhaduk, Hari Bhai Kathiriya, head of Lok Samarpan Blood Bank and Bhavan Bhai Navapara, chairman of Varachha Bank, etc. were present on the occasion.
