Subhadra portal launched in Odisha, first installment starts from September 17

Odisha: Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida on Monday launched the BJP government’s ambitious Subhadra Yojana portal. Interested beneficiaries can now visit the official website subhadra.odisha.gov.in for more information about the scheme. “This flagship programme of the BJP government will be launched on September 17, the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The distribution of the first installment will also begin from the same day,” Parida said on the occasion. “All information related to the ambitious scheme will be made available on the portal. The distribution of forms for offline application has begun, while the submission of forms will be done from September 4. Applicants have to submit a photocopy of their Aadhaar card along with the application form. The application form can be submitted at Mo Seva Kendra or Jan Seva Kendra,” Parida said. Applicants will not have to pay any fee for offline application form and submission, the deputy chief minister said, adding that in case of any doubts, applicants can call the Subhadra toll-free number 14678 for clarification.

All eligible women have to apply to avail the benefits under the scheme.

Applications can be made offline through printed forms as well as online through the Subhadra portal.

Sufficient pre-printed application forms will be made available free of cost at various locations such as Anganwadi Centres, Block Offices, Urban Local Body Offices, Mo Seva Kendras, Common Service Centres, etc.

The applicant has to fill the form and submit it to the nearest Mo Seva Kendra/ Common Service Centre.

In case of any discrepancy in the form and Aadhaar submitted by the applicant, the information present in Aadhaar will be considered final.

All the applications collected will be verified on the basis of the database available with the government and also through field verification as required. All applicants have to self-certify about their eligibility under Subhadra, submit the relevant undertaking and complete the e-KYC formalities. The preferred mode of e-KYC will be face-authentication, through which beneficiaries can complete the process through the Subhadra mobile application by providing their Aadhaar number. The beneficiary can choose to opt out of Subhadra, thereby allowing him/her to continue receiving benefits to support the empowerment and welfare of his/her fellow sisters in Odisha through the Subhadra portal.
