Dongargarh. A sensational case of a deadly attack on a youth with a coconut cutting tool has come to light on Monday evening near the Shiva temple located in Kadra Para of the city. According to the information received from the police, the accused Sagar Patel attacked Rajnesh Kandra when he was present near the temple.
It is being told that Rajnesh often used to talk to Sagar’s girlfriend, due to which Sagar got angry and attacked him. Sagar attacked Rajnesh several times with a sharp coconut cutting tool. Rajnesh, frightened by the sudden attack, somehow saved his life and ran away from the spot.
The people of the locality immediately took the injured Rajnesh to the local hospital where his treatment is going on. His condition is said to be critical. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot and took action and arrested the accused Sagar Patel. The police have registered a case of attempt to murder in the matter and started investigation.
