How to make Spinach Paratha
- First of all take boiled spinach in a jar, add green chillies and garlic and make puree in it. 2. In a big bowl add flour, maida, salt, oil and prepared puree of spinach. 3. Mix all these things. Prepare a dough.4.Now take a ball and roll it into a circle.5.Put this roti on a hot griddle and apply oil and bake it from both the sides until it becomes crispy.6.Repeat this process with the rest of the flour. Repeat.
