Spinach paratha is healthy and tasty

Ingredients of Palak Paratha: 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 spinach boiled 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp green chillies, cut into pieces 1 tsp oil salt as per taste
How to make Spinach Paratha

  1. First of all take boiled spinach in a jar, add green chillies and garlic and make puree in it. 2. In a big bowl add flour, maida, salt, oil and prepared puree of spinach. 3. Mix all these things. Prepare a dough.4.Now take a ball and roll it into a circle.5.Put this roti on a hot griddle and apply oil and bake it from both the sides until it becomes crispy.6.Repeat this process with the rest of the flour. Repeat.
