The Pratapgarh state government may have made insurance worth lakhs of rupees free for the general public through the Chiranjeevi Health Scheme, but the facility in the name of health check-up for the patients is at zero level. Pratapgarh District Hospital, the biggest government hospital in the district, has a sonography machine, but due to the lateness of the doctor, the patients have to face problems. Many patients who came for sonography were seen sitting in the hospital since 7 in the morning, when asked they told that we first came on 18th, then came on 20th and gave us 24th date then we came. Asked to sit till noon. More than 100 people are being forced to go to private labs daily: Due to late arrival at the sonography center in the district hospital and getting the date on the date, the troubled patients are being forced to get themselves examined at the private sonography center outside. , Due to non-availability of sonography of patients in the district hospital, private sonography centers were seen taking full advantage of it. 800 to 1000 rupees are taken from the patients in the name of investigation at the sonography center. If patients start getting this facility in the district hospital, then they will not have to wander outside in private labs. In this regard, an attempt was made to know the reason from the hospital administration but they did not receive the call.
