Bhubaneswar: SOA University has entered into an agreement with Bhubaneswar-based corporation Batoi Systems (Batoi) to promote collaboration for exploring and enhancing capabilities in the field of Information Technology (IT).
Batoi is a software engineering automation company whose Rapid Application Development (RAD) platform provides development and deployment of telemetry tools.
According to the agreement, Batoi will provide SOA with access to its academy platform and help set up a technology lab for artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum computing education and research.
The company will conduct practical training sessions and live projects for SOA students, IT-based seminars, conferences and workshops on topics of mutual interest to bridge the skill gap and prepare students for the industry.
“We will also consider SOA students for internships and employment, besides offering collaboration in the field of quantum computing education and research,” said Ashwini Kumar Rath, Director and CEO, Batoi Systems.
On the other hand, the SOA will create a one-point contact for coordinating research and curricular programmes, offer support for the implementation of Batoi Entrepreneurship and Institutional Partnership (EIP) initiatives, establish technology labs besides collaborating for joint ventures in various sectors.
