Smuggler selling ganja in old colony arrested

The details are as follows that on 20.03.2024, information was received from the informer that near Ramchandra Petrol Pump, a person aged about 30 to 40 years was wearing a light green T-shirt and blue jeans. He had the drug ganja in a white-red colored bag.

As per the information given by the informer, after reaching the spot of the incident, he caught the accused and asked his name and address. His name was Chandan Aggarwal, father Heera Lal Aggarwal, age 38 years, resident of village Nav village, police station Loisinga, district Balangir, Odisha, hall address, Samta Colony, near Mittal Niwas, police station Azad Chowk, district Raipur Chhattisgarh. It was told that during the search, illegal narcotic substance like ganja worth 2 kg 570 grams worth Rs 25.070 was found in the possession of the accused, which was seized and a crime number 110/2024 Section 20 (B) NDPS was registered against the accused in Police Station Purani Basti. The act was registered and the accused was arrested and sent to judicial custody.
