Jodhpur. The rural police of Jodhpur district took major action on Saturday in the morning to prevent drug trafficking. The police have caught the smuggler while recovering 2801.05 kg of opium doda sawdust from a truck. Police has gathered information about for whom he had brought this. Now efforts are being made to nab the person who ordered it.
Rural Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Singh Yadav said that under the ongoing campaign against drugs in the district, 2801 kg of illegal doda sawdust was recovered from a truck vehicle during blockade by the District Special Team in Jodhpur Rural. Succeeded in seizing the vehicle truck used in transportation by arresting the accused. Intelligence was collected by Constable Madan Meena of District Special Team. Large quantity of doda sawdust is coming from Jharkhand to Jodhpur for distribution to various smugglers in Jodhpur rural.
On information, District Special Team in-charge Lakharam left on National Highway 25 by team. Where the blockade was started near the police station Kaprada on the basis of information along with police station officer Jameel Khan May Jabta. Then a 10 wheeler truck appeared. Tried to stop them, but the driver was trying to drive away the smuggler truck, but due to the readiness of the police team, the accused Dinesh Vishnoi, son of Bagaram Vishnoi, a resident of Dangiawas, was interrogated by taking possession of the truck. 2801.05 kg doda sawdust was found in the truck. When the inquiry was started with the smuggler Dinesh Vishnoi, it was told that Mahipal Kanwa’s son Bhaguram Vishnoi, a resident of Sarnada Kakelav police station, Dangiawas, Jodhpur commissionerate, was involved in the drug.
