Smuggler arrested for selling narcotic drugs near stadium

Dhamtari: The accused selling narcotic drugs has been arrested. Information was received from an informer through mobile that a person wearing a full sleeve white dotted shirt is selling narcotic drugs illegally by keeping them in a yellow carry bag near the gate Atal Awas behind Atal Bihari Stadium. On this information, Kurud police team immediately reached the place mentioned by the informer and laid siege and arrested the accused Sunil Singh Rajput father Shriram Charitra Singh age 52 years resident Atal Awas house number 88 Kurud police station Kurud district Dhamtari and after due process, NRX (Dicyclomine Hydrochloride, Tramadol Hydrochloride & Acetaminophen Capsules) SPASMO-PROXYVON PLUS 04 strips filled with 16 capsules each from the possession of the accused Sadar.

Total 96 capsules and NRX (Dicyclomine Hydrochloride, Tramadol Hydrochloride & Acetaminophen Capsules) SPASCORE-VON PLUS total 18 strips 17 strips containing 08 capsules each and 06 capsules in 01 strip total 142 capsules total total capsules 238 capsules (total weight 91.63 grams) worth Rs. 2265.35/- and sale amount of Rs. 2800/- was found from the possession of the accused, the capsules were seized in front of witnesses and after due process the capsules were sealed.

A crime has been registered against the accused Sunil Singh Rajput in Kurud police station under Crime No.- 350/24 Section 22 (b) Narcotics Act, the accused has been duly arrested and sent on judicial remand.
