Shop owner rejects agreement.. Wine shop opening amid controversy

The inauguration ceremony of a wine shop in Gunjapadugu village of Manthani mandal of Peddapalli district was postponed due to disputes. As the government called for tenders for new wine shops, about 38 people joined together as a group and submitted tenders for the wine shops. During the process of submitting tenders, all the group members signed an agreement. All those in whose names the shop came signed an agreement to manage the shop together. In the lucky draw, the shop went to Bharti, a member of the group.

In this sequence, while everyone was supposed to walk as planned, the woman who came to the shop was acting against the agreement, so all the members protested in front of the shop. In this sequence, Manthani SI Sagar and Excise SI Saikumar, who reached the scene, spoke to the protesters. But since the shop owner did not go ahead as per the agreement, the liquor mall that came to the shop was parked outside in a vehicle. 37 group members said that they would block the opening of the shop until the problem was resolved.

All the members are extremely angry that they, who make a living by doing small jobs, put some money together and put out tenders for wine shops, but after the draw, they do whatever they want instead of according to the agreement. They are sitting here in fear that they will not move from here until justice is done for them. Group members Bathini Srinivas, Narasimha Reddy, Mallesh, Surender Reddy, Kura Srinivas, Srinivas and a large number of members were present at the event.
