Kurukshetra: A fire broke out due to short circuit in a Saini tire godown in front of the bus stand in Markanda, Shahabad, due to which tires worth lakhs were burnt to ashes. According to the information received, the owner of the warehouse told that first the fire started due to a short circuit, after which the fire took a huge form and when he called the fire brigade center to extinguish the fire, even after his call, it did not respond. Returns. After which he himself goes to the fire brigade center and informs them.

The owner of the warehouse told that after going to the fire brigade center and giving the information, the vehicles did not reach the spot for about 40 minutes even though the distance between them is only two to two and a half kilometers. While there was no traffic at night, the shop owner has alleged that Shahabad Fire Brigade vehicles arrived slowly and due to their negligence the fire flared up even more because if the fire brigade vehicles had reached the spot on time. So the fire could be controlled.

But due to this not happening, he suffered a loss of lakhs. When fire brigade vehicles reached the spot, four teams of fire department started extinguishing the fire. Even after this, it took about three to four hours to extinguish the fire, but by then everything was burnt. The shop owner said that it was the result of the negligence of the Shahabad Fire Brigade employees, due to which he had to suffer the consequences
