Hyderabad: An additional superintendent of police rank officer died after being hit by an APSRTC bus in Hayathnagar on the outskirts of the city on Saturday morning. According to police, the officer, T M Nandishwar Babji, was out for a morning walk around 4.30 am on Saturday. “While he was crossing the road near Laxma Reddy Pallem Hanuman temple, the RTC bus of Nuizveedu depot hit Babji. He fell on the road and sustained serious injuries. He died instantly,” Hayathnagar police said. Babji worked at the DGP’s office.
