In many cities of Chhattisgarh including Bhilai Durg, the effigies for Ravana Dahan on Dussehra are prepared by Dr. Jitendra Sahu of Kutharel.
Dr. Jitendra Sahu says that his grandfather started this work, then his father took it forward and now he is taking this tradition forward. This time he is preparing effigies of Ravana, Meghnath and Kumbhakaran for more than 30 committees. chhattisgarh news
