Whose body was recovered by a team of divers after 20 hours of hard work. The child’s body has been sent to the district hospital for post-mortem. According to the information, last Friday, four students of class 9th had gone towards the main canal after the examination was over. Reached the Hanuman temple in front of the water filtration plant to take bath. Two of his friends went into the water to take a bath, during which both of them started drowning in the strong current. The passerby saved one child and the other child was washed away, whose name is Yash Malu, 12 years old, father Madan Malu, resident of Maratha Para.
As soon as information about the incident was received, Rudri police station in-charge, trainee DSP Vinkeshwari Pinde, Home Guard Commandant arrived with her divers. On receiving the information, Collector Namrata Gandhi and SDM Vibhor Aggarwal also arrived. Meanwhile, the flow of water in the canal was also reduced. But even after searching till evening, the child was not found. Today i.e. Saturday morning, Home Guard Commandant Shobha Thakur reached the spot with her team and the search operation was started again. Where the child’s body was recovered after about 5 hours of effort. After which the child’s body was sent for post-mortem. There is mourning among the family due to the death of the child.
