Sakti. Sakti police has arrested the accused who was absconding for three years after murdering the Sarpanch. The incident took place in Malkharoda police station area. Angered by the removal of encroachment in 2021, miscreants together murdered Sarpanch Dwarka Prasad. According to the information, on December 13, 2021, during the removal of encroachment on government land in village Chhote Ravali, there was a dispute between 10 people including accused Ramkishan Borra with the then Gram Panchayat Sarpanch Dwarka Prasad Chandra. During this time, the accused had brutally murdered the Sarpanch. Crime number 385/2021 section 147, 148, 149, 506, 302, 186, 188, 332, 427 IPC was registered on the incident in Malkhaurada police station.
Also, crime register has been registered against the accused Gan Ramkishan alias Bora Madhukar, Amrit Madhukar, Paltan Katle, Badaga alias Rajkumar Madhukar, Phoolchand Madhukar, Lakshmi Madhukar, Sanjay Madhukar, Loknath Katle, Chhat Ram Katle, Gangaram Madhukar and Ganesh Madhukar, all residents of village Chhote Rabeli. Was taken into consideration. Meanwhile, Loknath Katle, Chhat Ram Katle, Gangaram Madhukar and Ganesh Madhukar were absconding after the incident. After police station in-charge Rajesh Chandravanshi took charge of the police station, absconding accused Ganga Ram Madhukar and Ganesh Madhukar were arrested on 18 December 2013 and sent to jail. But Chhat Ram Kathle and Loknath Kathle were absconding, against whom the absconding charge sheet was presented in the court.
Permanent warrant for both the accused was issued by the court. Police station in-charge Rajesh Chandravanshi had secretly appointed an informer to trace the two absconding accused. Meanwhile, news was received that the accused Chhat Ram Kathle had come to his house hiding at night. On receiving information, the police station in-charge along with his team raided the house of the accused and arrested the accused and presented him in the court. The accused has been admitted to jail. Currently the matter is pending in the court.
