Raipur news. The murder that took place in Paragaon sand mine has been revealed. According to the police, an investigation was conducted regarding the unknown deceased in case number 36/2024, section 174 of Gobra Nayapara police station. During the investigation, the statements of witnesses and the crime scene were inspected. On the basis of the short postmortem of the body, the letter of the mineral officer and the circumstantial evidence of the case, during the entire inquest, the death of the deceased Rajesh Yadav, son of Sumer Yadav, age 28 years, resident of village Ghot, police station Gobra Nayapara, was found to be due to the heart stopping due to the injury in the body.
According to the information received from the statements of witnesses and the letter of the Mineral Officer during the investigation, the accused Mukesh Dhidhi, address Abhanpur, Jaivardhan Baghel, address Abhanpur and Ankit Tiwari, address Durg, were illegally excavating sand from the Paragaon sand mine at the site of the incident and stealing it. While extracting sand from the mine with a chain mounted JCB machine, the deceased Rajesh Yadav died due to being crushed by the careless running JCB machine. The deceased Rajesh Yadav was called by accused Jaivardhan Baghel to the site of the incident for illegal sand excavation and the accused Mukesh Dhidhi and Ankit Tiwari were illegally excavating sand from the mine in a planned manner and earning illegal profits. Accused Nilesh Rajput, Vimlesh Dwivedi and Ajju were also involved in this. The above accused Mukesh Dhidhi, Ankit Tiwari, Nilesh Rajput, Vimlesh Dwivedi, Ajju and Jaivardhan Baghel have caused the death of Rajesh Yadav by illegally stealing sand from the Paragaon sand mine and doing illegal mining by negligent act. This is an offence under Section Sadar. Hence, the crime was registered and after investigation, 3 accused were immediately arrested. The mastermind of the incident Mukesh Dhidhi and other accused are being traced, who are absconding after the incident.
