District Collector B. Chandrasekhar has instructed the officials to complete the work of installing “Roof Top Solar System” for Gruha Jyoti beneficiaries in the pilot villages selected in Nalgonda district by the first week of March. On Wednesday, he inspected the “Roof Top Solar System” work being implemented for Gruha Jyoti beneficiaries under the auspices of TS Red Co at the Kanagal Mandal Center. Speaking on the occasion, the Collector said that there are 292 Gruha Jyoti beneficiaries in Kanagal village, and they have been selected for installing rooftop solar systems on a pilot basis. He also said that “Roof Top Solar System” will also be installed on a pilot basis in Anumula mandal of Anumula and Mudigonda villages of Devarakonda mandal of the district. It was announced that two kilowatt “rooftop solar systems” will be installed on the houses of Griha Jyoti beneficiaries in these three villages, and that work has already begun to install “rooftop solar systems” on 77 houses in Kanagal village.
Later, the Collector inspected the Indiramma house under construction next door. He spoke to the beneficiary Nallabothu Venkatamma and suggested that the construction be completed quickly. Speaking to the Mandal Agriculture Officer, he ordered that the farmers’ registration be completed by the end of the month. So far, only 47% of the farmers’ registration has been completed in Kanagal Mandal, so he wanted to create awareness and encourage all the farmers to register as farmers. The Collector asked Sarpanch Muralidhar to cooperate in this. REDCO District Manager Santosh, TRANSCO AER N.J.
