Spend more than half the time in the field. Inspect the works closely. Take care of the quality and deadlines. Saw said that there is a provision to give bonus in the department for completing big works before time. So far no one has claimed for it. He expressed displeasure towards the officers for not using the ‘Drishti’ app prepared by the department for monitoring and supervision of construction and maintenance works.
