Realme GT7 powered by Dimensity 9400+ launched in China, Gets up to 16GB of RAM

Realme GT7 has been launched in China and the device can be seen as an affordable version of GT7 Pro Racing Edition. The Realme GT7 is expected to launch in global markets but the internal specifications might differ.

Realme GT7 specifications

The Realme GT7 is powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 9400+ SoC and it is paired with 12GB/16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The storage offered on the device is 256GB, 512GB or 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.

The device gets a 6.8” display with 1280×2800 resolution and refresh rate of 144Hz. The maximum brightness offered by the device is 1800nits along with DC dimming and PWM. It offers 10-bit colours along with support for HDR. The battery on the device is 7200mAh and this is a huge upgrade when compared to GT 7 Pro (6500mAh). It supports 100W Super Flash Charge and the company claims that the dead battery can be charged up to 5percent in 1 minute. The fully charged battery offers more than 17 hours of video playback. The device is rated IP69 against water and dust resistance.

When it comes to camera specs, the GT7 gets a 50MP main (1/1.56” Sony IMX896) camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide (1/4”, OmniVision OV08D10) camera. The selfie camera is a 16MP sensor (Sony IMX480). The rear camera supports 4K video recording@60fps.

Connectivity on the smartphone includes 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and an IR blaster. The fingerprint reader is an ultrasonic sensor.

Price of the smartphone starts at CNY 2600 for the base variant (12GB + 256GB). The top variant i.e. 16GB + 1TB costs CNY 3800.
