Ration and voter ID of Pakistani mother and son seized

Bengaluru: A very shocking case of security and law violation has come to light from Chikkaballapur district of Karnataka. Here the police have arrested a Pakistani mother and her son living in India illegally by hiding their actual citizenship. Both the accused are facing serious charges of fraudulently making Indian identity cards like ration card and voter ID card. After the matter came to light, the district administration took immediate action and canceled all their illegally made Indian documents with immediate effect. Marriage in UAE and birth in Pakistan According to details revealed in the police investigation, the arrested woman has been identified as Farah Naz and her son has been identified as Mohammad Fardeen. This entire matter is related to a person named Mohammad Ayub Khan, resident of Bagepalli, Karnataka. Ayub Khan worked in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where he met Farah Naz of Pakistani origin. After this both of them got married there. The couple has a total of four children. Of these, Mohammad Fardeen was born in Pakistan, due to which both he and his mother Farah Naz are legally Pakistani citizens. At the same time, the remaining three children of Ayub Khan are Indian citizens either due to their birth in India or due to the process as per rules. Indian documents made by hiding citizenship According to investigating officials, Farah Naz and her son Mohammad Fardeen had come to India on a valid visa. However, he did not leave the country even after his visa expired. Not only this, to make his stay in India permanent and prove himself an Indian citizen, he completely hid his actual Pakistani citizenship at the local level. Subsequently, by resorting to forgery they also obtained ration cards and voter IDs illegally using a local address in Chikkaballapur. When the security agencies and the local intelligence unit got wind of their suspicious activities and manipulation of documents, the police immediately laid a trap and arrested them. Case registered under strict sections, documents canceled Considering the seriousness of the matter, Chikkaballapur Police has registered a case against Farah Naz and Mohammad Fardeen under various serious sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) and the Foreigners Act. Police and security agencies are now also deeply investigating which local people or officials had helped these two in making these fake Indian documents. The administration has made it clear that there will be no compromise of any kind with the internal security of the country. At present, both the accused have been sent to judicial custody, and the police is busy investigating their local contacts.
