Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda got married near Udaipur

Entertainment: The moment everyone has been waiting for has finally arrived. Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda got married in a small ceremony attended by close family and friends at the luxurious ITC Mementos, about 50 km from Udaipur. The celebrations included two beautiful ceremonies honoring their roots—a traditional Telugu wedding in the morning to reflect Vijay’s heritage, followed by a traditional Coorg (Kodava) ceremony in the evening to celebrate Rashmika’s cultural background. According to sources, the couple exchanged wedding vows following traditional Telugu rituals. Official wedding photos have not yet been released. Opting for a private and grand celebration, the couple effortlessly blended their cultures while respecting their respective traditions. After months of speculation, they officially confirmed their wedding on Sunday (February 22) through identical social media posts, affectionately calling it “The Wedding of Virosh”—a name lovingly given to them by their fans. In their heartfelt joint statement, they explained: “Our dearest loves, before we could make any plans or choose anything for ourselves—you were already there. With so much love, you gave us a name. You called us ‘VIROSH.'” They added, “So today—with all our hearts—we name our relationship in your honor: ‘The Wedding of Virosh.’ Thank you for holding us with so much love. You are always a part of us. The biggest hug and all the love!” Rashmika and Vijay first met on the sets of the 2018 film Geetha Govindam and later reunited for Dear Comrade (2019). Their relationship blossomed over the years, culminating in a private engagement ceremony held at Vijay’s home in Hyderabad on October 3, 2025.
