Rape of tribal woman, accused behind bars

Jashpur: A case of rape of a tribal woman has come to light in Jashpur district of Chhattisgarh. The woman was forcibly taken to the forest and the crime was committed. On the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case and arrested the accused Ishwar Sonwani and sent him to jail. This case is of Pandarapath outpost area.

Young man commits suicide
Jashpur police has recovered the body of a young man from the forest. The deceased youth used to work as a street vendor.
