Khairagarh. A case of rape of a minor girl has come to light in the district. The whole family slept after having dinner at night. When I woke up in the morning, I came to know that my daughter was missing. When the shocked mother called her daughter, the entire family was shocked. Someone Avinash picked up the phone and said that I love your daughter and have brought her away at night. On hearing this the mother complained to the police.
Seeing the seriousness of the case, the police showed alertness and arrested the accused within just eight hours. The entire matter is of Khairagarh police station area. According to the information received, Avinash Mahipal trapped a minor girl in his love trap and ran her away from home. The police formed a special team and continuously monitored the movement of the suspect’s mobile numbers with the help of cyber tool kit.
The accused was raided in Kumhari Raipur and taken into custody. During interrogation, the accused confessed to his crime, in which he talked about abducting the victim and first raping her by luring her into marriage. The police have registered a crime against the accused under sections 366(a), 376(2)(n), 323 Indian Penal Code, 4,6 POCSO Act and sent him to jail.
