During this time, Ishwar went into deep water. This incident happened around 12 noon. It is being told that Ishwar tried to swim in the river for some time, but after some time the movement stopped. Friends immediately informed Dial-112. Muzaffarnagar Police and SDRF divers reached the spot around 12:30 pm.
