Basna. In Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh, the police have again taken action against the ganja smugglers. The police have arrested two smugglers while smuggling ganja. The police seized 22 kg of illegal drug ganja from the car from the accused. The value of the seized hemp is said to be Rs 5 lakh 50 thousand.
The accused have been identified as Mohammad Shahdab, a resident of Raipur in Chhattisgarh and Mohammad Shagir, a resident of Padampur in Odisha. Police took action against the accused under section 20(b) NDPS. The case is of Basna police station area.
