Raipur Commissioner praised the Contact Center, will try to adopt it in other districts of the division

Raipur. Commissioner Raipur Mahadev Kavre praised the Contact Center 92018-99925 operating in the Joint District Office during his one-day stay. Kavre first of all observed the room and closely studied the working system of Contact Center 92018-99925. Briefing about the Contact Center, Collector Deepak Soni said that so far 126 applications related to various departments have been received through the Contact Center through phone and WhatsApp. Out of which 89 applications have been resolved immediately. Also, the remaining 37 applications are being registered and resolved within the time limit. Apart from this, direct communication has been established with the public representatives of 58 villages by subject experts to know the problems of the villages and to provide information about the ambitious schemes of the state government. In which the villagers have also separately registered information about the problems. Through the Sampark Kendra, we have informed about the division of paddy bonus amount between two brothers of village Borsi (D) under Bhatapara development block through mutual reconciliation. Balram Karsh, a resident of village Mohtara K of Kasdol development block, was informed about 8 people being held hostage in a brick kiln in district Kolar, Karnataka. Taking immediate action through the Sampark Kendra, they were safely sent back home. Along with this, information has been provided about other successes and solutions.

Kavare congratulated the district administration for the Sampark Kendra and said that it is a meaningful positive result oriented step for solving the problems of the common people through innovative initiatives. He said that the administration should always strive for quick solution of the problems of the common people. This is also the concept of good governance of the Chief Minister. Sampark Kendra is very effective. We will try to adopt this model in other districts of our division as well. So that maximum number of people can get its benefit.

It is worth noting that under the innovative initiative, contact number 92018-99925 has been established in the joint district office for the purpose of resolving the problems and demands of the general public in the district, providing information about schemes along with information about them. Through this, now the residents of the district will be able to get information related to schemes along with resolving their demands, problems and suggestions while sitting at home. In which any person of the district can register his complaint by calling 92018- 99925. Not only complaints in this but information about departmental schemes will be provided by various departments in routine. For this, department-wise duty of officers and employees has also been assigned in routine. Whatever complaints are registered, they are continuously monitored and registered within a separate time limit. On this occasion, Joint Commissioner Mrs. Sarita Tiwari, District Panchayat CEO Divya Agarwal, Additional Collector Deepti Gaute, SDM Amit Gupta, Accountant Pooja Rani Sori, Superintendent M.M. Tande, along with senior departmental officers were present.
