Due to which the water level in Kharun River has reached close to the danger mark. Due to continuous rain, the bridge connecting Durg and Raipur is also overflowing. However, the Kharun river is still flowing slightly below the danger mark. As a precaution, boating in Mahadev Ghat has been stopped for now.
Let us tell you that Mahadev Ghat on the banks of Kharun between Durg and Raipur is often crowded with people, especially on weekends and holidays, a large number of people reach here for a picnic. Meanwhile, in the pursuit of taking selfies and making reels, people are not even refraining from going to the dangerous place.
