On the act of the accused, the Punjipathra police seized illegal liquor in front of witnesses and took action against the accused Sukhram Oraon, father Dukhram Oraon, age 59 years, resident of Taraimal School Para, Police Station Punjipathra, District Raigarh, under Section 34 (2), 59 (a) of the Excise Act at Police Station Punjipathra. Assistant Sub Inspector Vijay Ekka, Jairam Sidar, Saraswati Mahapatra, Head Constable Vineet Tirkey, Amit Tirkey, Constable Nirdosh Lakra and female constable affected Pushpa Kujur were involved in the liquor raid action.
