Raghunathpuram Sarpanch Seeks Removal of 329 Houses from Prohibited List

Village Sarpanch Palle Santosh Goud has urged the government to immediately remove 329 houses included in the prohibited list in Raghunathpuram village of Rajapet mandal. He spoke at a press conference organized in the village on Monday. He said that if the houses cannot be removed from the prohibited list, the BRS party will fight on behalf of the victims. He said that they will soon gather all the victims and meet the Tahsildar and the District Collector and stand by them until justice is served. He questioned the government’s motive in not releasing the GO even though it was issued before the Gram Panchayat elections. He warned that people should remain silent while they are playing with the lives of the poor.
He said that since the Congress party came to power, it has been causing trouble to the poor in some way and the days are near when it will have to pay a price for it. He said that he will soon announce action by meeting all the victims. In this meeting, village branch president Kondam Raju, former sarpanch Ramilla Narender, ward members Tunga Akshay Kumar, Tunga Satish, Nalla Ashok, Kalakuntla Pochayya, Bingi Balaraju, RK Prabhakar, Katakam Venkatesham, Uppala Siddhilingam, Shetty Sriramulu, Bathini Parasuram, Batyam Kanakaraju, Boddula Srikanth, Bottu Bhanu, Sangisetty Anil, Katakam Prithviraj, and Edla Shravan participated.
