Quran program for Itikaf begins at Prophet’s Mosque in Medina

Medina: The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Two Holy Mosques has launched a Quran reading program for those observing “I’tikaf” at the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina.

This initiative is part of the Presidency’s educational and awareness programs, which are conducted during Ramadan to enhance worshippers’ connection to the Holy Book.

The program aims to help those observing “I’tikaf” memorize the Holy Book and perfect its reading under the supervision of experts, thereby strengthening the spiritual and knowledge-rich atmosphere within the Prophet’s Mosque.

The Presidency has invited those interested in participating in the program to register online.

In addition, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs has implemented a comprehensive service system for women at Medina’s major mosques, including Al-Khandaq, Sayyid Al-Shuhada, and Qiblatain.

The system, which operates in the central area and around the Prophet’s Mosque, employs qualified female staff to provide religious guidance, organizational support, and a safe environment for worshippers.
