Punjab: Former Punjab minister and Akali Dal leader Pratap Singh Bajwa has issued a stern warning to the state government. He stated that if the pending Dearness Allowance (DA) is not paid to employees on time, he will demand the withholding of the salaries of the concerned officials. Bajwa’s statement has become a topic of discussion among state government employees and is being seen as a symbol of administrative seriousness. Pratap Singh Bajwa stated that ignoring employees’ rights is not merely a lack of financial discipline, but also seriously impacts their lives and daily needs.
