Punjab: The Punjab Police on Friday organised a day-long workshop on the nuances of Article 21 of the Constitution, which guarantees protection of life and personal liberty. The workshop paid special attention to the judgements of various courts, especially the Supreme Court, regarding the scope of the fundamental right.
