Punjab: Four members of Bambiha gang arrested
Punjab: Muktsar police and counter intelligence wing informed that they have arrested four members of Bambiha gang in a joint operation recently. A pistol, four live cartridges and a country-made weapon were seized in the operation. Muktsar SP Manmeet Singh Dhillon informed that three men Gurjeevan Singh, Maninder Singh and Surinder Singh were arrested on Monday with a pistol and four cartridges. During interrogation, they revealed that on the direction of Sukhpreet Singh alias Shampi, they had carried out the firing outside a residence in Patiala on November 29. Shampi, a resident of Dabwali in Haryana, was arrested from Gidderbaha on Wednesday with a country-made weapon. Shampi admitted that he was in touch with Jas Behbal Kalan, who is currently living abroad.
