Punjab: A 30-year-old man was murdered with a sharp weapon near Sheodanpura village in Hanumangarh on Monday night. The deceased has been identified as Ugrasain Jat. Police have arrested the deceased’s nephew Rajesh, who allegedly had an illicit relationship with Ugrasain’s wife. Hanumangarh SSP Arshad Ali said that a case of murder has been registered against Rajesh based on the statement of the deceased’s elder brother Bhimsain. The body has been handed over to the family after post-mortem.
