Punjab: Police arrested three drug smugglers and recovered 12 grams of heroin and 30 intoxicant pills from their possession. The accused have been identified as Satnam of Gauhawar village near Goraya, Gurpreet Singh of Madhopur village and Gaurav Kumar of Nangal Colony, Phagwara. Police said that five grams of heroin was recovered from Satnam, seven grams of heroin from Gaurav and 30 intoxicant pills from Gurpreet. Police said that three cases have been registered against the three accused under the NDPS Act.
