Punjab: Ten mobile phones were seized during a raid at the Central Jail here recently. According to reports, a packet was found lying in the premises, which appeared to have been thrown from outside. On opening the packet, the officials found five keypad mobiles, five touchscreen phones, 289 packets of tobacco, 36 packets of “biri” and 217 grams of narcotic powder.
