A Long-Standing Demand for a Bridge
Due to the absence of a bridge over the Bahalla River, residents of nearby villages faced immense difficulties during the monsoon season. School-going children, farmers, patients, and traders had to take long detours to cross the river. Often, strong currents would completely cut off connectivity.
Villagers repeatedly demanded the construction of a bridge from the administration and elected representatives, yet no concrete solution emerged for a long time.
