Accused Ravi Bharti, father late Raju Bharti, aged 30 years, resident of Telikot Kharsia, in possession of 09 liters of prepared Mahua liquor worth ₹ 900 and 02 pieces of aluminum vessel (dechki) with pipe fitted, worth about ₹ 3000 and 01 aluminum vessel (dechki) worth about ₹ 1000. Has been confiscated.

After seizing 09 liters of illicit liquor and vessels for making liquor worth ₹ 4,900 from the accused, action has been taken against accused Ravi Bharti under Section 34(2), 59(a) of the Excise Act at Police Station Kharsia (Police Station Kharsia). .
