Police attached property of three declared criminals in Baramulla

Srinagar, April 07: Police on Sunday attached properties of three declared criminals in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

In a statement to GNS, the police said that after obtaining the attachment order passed by Sub Judge Uri, the properties (30 Kanals and 15 Marla land worth crores) of declared criminals infiltrating into PoJK/Pakistan were attached, including Mohammad Latif son of Shah Mohammad is resident. Sultandaki (18 Kanal and 6 Marla), Sadar Deen son of Alam Deen resident of Madiyan (9 Marla) and Aziz Deen son of Imam Deen resident of Singtung Gauhallan (12 Kanal).

The spokesperson further said that the action was taken under sections 83 CrPC and the case was registered under FIR No. 88/1984 under sections 7/25 IA Act, 4, 3 TADA Act and 13/1987 under sections 457, 380 RPC. joined. , 6/2008 under Section 2/3 EIMCO and Case FIR No. 116/1996 PS Uri under Section 2/3 EIMCO.

He said that during the investigation/interrogation conducted by the police, the assets were identified as belonging to the declared criminals. The statement said that this operation reaffirms the commitment of the police to combat terrorist activities.
